TYC Visits CHINAPLAS 2026 to Explore Circular Recycling and Smart Sorting Technologies

TYC Environmental Technology joined the Chinese Resource Recycling Promotion Association in visiting CHINAPLAS 2026, gaining first-hand insights into the latest developments in circular recycling, low-carbon processes, and smart sorting technologies across the global plastics and rubber industry.

At the exhibition, circular recycling stood out as a key highlight. From recycled plastic pellets and PCR materials to low-carbon production processes, exhibitors showcased innovative solutions that transform plastic waste into higher-value applications, driving the industry toward a more sustainable circular economy.

The visit also included an on-site observation of recycling sorting and downstream processing operations. The facility was well-equipped, clean, and highly organized, demonstrating professional, efficient, and systematic management. These observations offered valuable references for optimizing resource recovery systems and advancing industry development.

In addition, the delegation visited the TOMRA sorting equipment manufacturing facility, where participants observed the complete manufacturing process of sorting equipment—from machine body fabrication and component processing to optical recognition and control system integration. The visit provided a deeper understanding of the important role smart sorting technologies play in improving sorting efficiency, material purity, and recycling value.

TYC will continue to follow developments in circular materials, smart sorting, and low-carbon recycling technologies. By integrating these insights with our expertise in recycled plastics and sustainable material applications, we aim to advance high-quality, recyclable, and low-carbon material solutions for a more sustainable future.
