We thank our clients for partnering with TYC Environmental Technology to promote the United Nations SDG 12: “Promote sustainable economic growth and ensure sustainable consumption and production patterns” and for jointly implementing the concept of circular economy product development.

We provide the eco-friendly material RPE-W025, made from land waste, which was successfully combined with recycled ocean fishing nets to assist our clients in designing and manufacturing this innovative suitcase. This product, made from both ocean waste and land waste (RPE-W025), not only overturns the stereotype that plastic products are harmful to the environment but also demonstrates how recyclable materials can effectively reduce carbon emissions while showcasing Taiwan’s sustainable innovation to the global market.

At TYC Environmental Technology, we focus on providing cutting-edge material solutions to support our clients in creating products aligned with circular economy principles. Our strong R&D team is committed to developing more eco-friendly materials like RPE-W025 and offering customized solutions, helping our clients combine RPE-W025 with ocean waste to create the award-nominated suitcase, shortlisted for the Golden Pin Design Award, highlighting the significant market impact of combining innovative materials with environmental responsibility.

Key Highlights:

  • RemanufactureRPE-W025 reduces carbon emissions by 75% compared to virgin plastics, offering a more eco-friendly option without compromising product quality.
  • Repurpose: The product design uses single materials, making it easier to enter recycling systems for repeated circular use after its life cycle.

To help everyone better understand the scale of ocean plastic pollution, experts estimate there are 75 to 199 million tonsof plastic waste in the ocean, equivalent to 107 to 284 Taipei 101 buildings in weight.

At TYC Environmental Technology, our innovative materials like RPE-W025 empower brands to create eco-friendly products with award-winning potential. We welcome brands interested in sustainable products to contact us and join hands in building a more sustainable future.
